CANCELLATION POLICY

When you book an appointment with us, that time is allotted for you – and ONLY you.  We do our best to always be ready when you arrive. In return we ask that you keep your end of the agreement by showing up for your appointment on time. 

Please understand that massage therapists only get paid when they deliver treatment.  Consequently, missed appointments are costly and prevent us from providing treatment to other clients.

We require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel/change your appointment so that we may accommodate another client in need of our therapeutic services. No-shows or late cancellations are automatically billed 50% of the appointment cost for the first missed session and 100% of the appointment cost for each session after that. This balance will have to be cleared before booking further appointments. 

 

Clients that no-show more than once are required to pay in full at the time of booking. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.
